Lauren has a very gentle and powerful touch. I felt so at ease in her space, she created an environment of comfort and care where I could really trust and let go. She opened our session with thoughtful questions and every detail from the softness of the blankets to the light scent in the air made the experience beautiful. I processed a lot of energy and felt so refreshed afterwards. I would highly recommend an acupuncture session with Lauren.

I’ve worked with Lauren every week for a little over a year and it has transformed my life. For years, I’ve suffered from chronic pain, but have had little success in getting diagnosis or treatment from traditional medicine. I started seeing Lauren when I was at my worst and within a few visits noticed a huge difference. Lauren is excellent at what she does, but even more importantly she listens, she asks questions, and each treatment is entirely unique and customized so my specific needs. I can’t recommend Lauren and her services highly enough!

Lauren is a gifted practitioner who has helped me immensely, treating physical ailments like my seasonal allergies, back pain, Dupuytren‘s contracture, and peripheral neuropathy (Raynaud’s). But she also used acupuncture and other techniques to help reduce my flaring anxiety and low energy from lack of sleep. She helped me make substantive shifts to my diet and daily habits that have had a long term lasting impact on my total health. Not surprisingly, she is also a wonderful, trustworthy, compassionate person. I feel unspeakable gratitude towards her!

Lauren is a compassionate, deeply thoughtful and knowledgeable acupuncturist. Lauren provided relief and care through some significant health challenges in my life. I have been seeing Lauren for about a year. I reached out to her when my husband and I were struggling to conceive. I was educated on the practice of acupuncture and how it can aid in enhancing the body’s responsiveness to an embryo during an IVF transfer cycle. Lauren however, educated me even further in regards to how the practice of acupuncture supports the body and mind in various ways during this process. She was extremely supportive during each session and kept me informed of how her process was preparing my body. She is also a great listener and someone who truly cares about her clients.
